Six client email prompts that do not read like a chatbot wrote them.
A voice sheet, six situation prompts, an edit pass and a 60 second check. Works in a normal Claude chat.
Step 1 · the voice sheet prompt
Below are three emails I wrote to clients. Read them and write a voice sheet I can paste into other prompts. Keep it to 10 lines or fewer. Cover: how long my sentences usually are, how I open and how I sign off, how formal I am, words and phrases I use a lot, things I never do (for example exclamation marks or emoji), and how I say no. Quote short real bits from my emails as examples instead of describing me in general terms. Do not flatter me. Do not invent habits the emails do not show. If three emails are too few to tell, mark those lines GUESS.
Claude skills for client work
Three skills that reply to clients, turn call notes into tasks and draft proposals.
Each one has a rule against inventing prices, dates and promises. Works in Claude Code, and as a plain prompt anywhere else.
Rule inside the proposal skill
Never invent a price, a date, a number of revisions or a deliverable. If the user says they have not decided the price, leave the price section as [YOU: price] and carry on.
Crash Test: a free skill for your idea
Five reviewers vote on your idea alone. A Coach decides and gives you the cheapest test to run this week.
Paste a business or product idea. You get BUILD IT, FIX FIRST or PARK IT, and one test under five hours and 50 euro.
The Coach has to name one thing
FIX FIRST. There is something good here and one weak spot that would sink it. Name that one weak spot, not a list.
More are on the way. Sign up below and we will tell you when the next one is ready.
